Service Description
Looking for a little "me time" during your pregnancy? These beautiful pregnancy relaxation sessions are a wonderful way to nurture yourself and connect with your baby, no matter where you are in your pregnancy journey. These sessions are informal, calming, and designed to help you feel more confident and relaxed as you prepare for birth. Each week, you'll have the chance to unwind with some deep relaxation exercises—perfect for bonding with your baby from the comfort of your own home. We’ll also chat about topics that can make a big difference as you prepare for labour, including: Understanding the fear-tension-pain cycle and how to replace it with positivity and progress-boosting hormones. Ways your birth partner can be an amazing support during labour. Navigating the maternity system and tools for making informed decisions. Exploring your birth preferences for both vaginal and caesarean births. As part of the course, you'll receive three relaxing audio tracks to enjoy anytime, helping you feel calm and ready for your big day. The sessions run over three weeks, starting Sunday, January 12th, and finishing Sunday, January 26th, from 7 pm to 8 pm.
